This workshop will provide a detailed explanation of how to transform your business to employee ownership. The session will cover every stage of a conversion, including designing the employee ownership structure, obtaining a valuation of the company, deciding whether to conduct the transfer as a gift or sale, the key transactional documents, and the role of education and ownership culture. If time permits, the presenter will engage in an extensive Q&A. Participants will come away with a detailed understanding of the conversion process, which they might use at their own business, or in explaining the conversion process to business owners.
