In this information session, Maggie Marron (Staff Attorney, Urban Justice Center) & Bruce Meyer (Accountant, Wegner CPA) will be explaining different incorporation options for worker cooperatives and fielding questions from worker-owners regarding the tax liability of their cooperatives. Many worker-owners have reached out to us with questions about the amount of tax liability they face as owners of an LLC compared to other incorporation models. This workshop will seek to clarify some of these questions and other general tax issues.
