In this program, worker owners will reflect on what rights they have as worker owners in relationship to the broader worker owner community and coop developers, and start to brainstorm what a worker owner bill of rights could look like. In addition, we will reflect and give feedback on a set of principles written by worker coop developers about how to ethically support the development of worker cooperatives.
