Worker Owner Gathering: Conflict Resolution Skill Share

Event Details

The goal of the Worker Owner Gathering series is to provide a cooperative space for worker-owners who are part of an operating co-op to share experiences, brainstorm, and support one another. This winter, the focus of our gathering will continue the dialogue and skill share around conflict resolution.

At the last Peer Gathering we shared how we have each had challenges with conflict in our cooperatives. As part of our peer learning, some skill sharing began. At the end of that time, we realized we were just getting started and agree to continue this discussion at our next peer gathering. Join us to continue sharing and learning from each other our our experiences that include internal power dynamics, interpersonal issues, accountability and trust, and striving for equity. If you didn’t attend the last one, no problem, this is an ongoing dialogue where we welcome your experiences.

This worker-owner-only gathering will meet on January 31st at the People’s Forum 320 West 37th Street (between 8th and 9th Ave) at 7pm. Dinner and interpretation will be provided. Visit the link below to RSVP and receive the meet-up location, or email dana@glocal.coop for more details.
