This workshop will provide tools and techniques for building a culture of great service in the food industry and the systems necessary to sustain it. Participants will be introduced to processes and resources that support great service and have the opportunity to practice applying them to their own business while drawing upon the experiences of their peers. Guided by their mission and principles, participants will define great service for their context, evaluate the service they currently provide, and identify next steps to improvement.
We hope businesses will come in groups of at least 2 or 3. Groups that attend this training will be eligible for a 1 hour, one on one consultation with the trainer, Ora Wise. Attendees must register in advance for the workshop in order to get into the building.
We will also ask that those planning to attend do a little work ahead of time in order to come prepared to get the most out of the training.
